Nordic STEAM Festival will be organized in May 2023 in Jyväskylä, Finland for all stakeholders of this proposal, including the students, in order to present the project’s achievements in a fully interactive, experience-oriented way. We will have student and teacher workshops and ensure that all participants can collect valuable tools, methods and information, that they can “take home” from the event and organize a project-related STEAM activity for their own community/peers, after our event. We will focus on concentrating on supporting the multiplication effect to the highest degree. The function of the event is to present the results of all IOs in action and provide an experience on how the IOs contribute to innovation in learning. The event will be implemented to fulfill the requirement of multidisciplinary and phenomenon-based learning in Finland by student programs and workshops on the first day. In the second day teacher and further stakeholder programs will take place and an exhibit created and curated by the students during the workshops. The Nordic STEAM Festival structure and realization is based on University of Jyväskylä’s methodology, know-how and background of organizing such events, as more than 50.000 students and teachers have been participated in University of Jyväskylä’s STEAM events all around the globe, so far.
